Loubieh with Lamb begins with fresh green beans trimmed and cut by hand in our London kitchen. The beans are combined with chunks of halal lamb lightly browned in olive oil to deepen flavour. A tomato sauce seasoned with cinnamon and Lebanese spices wraps the beans and meat in warmth. As the pot simmers gently, the green beans soften while remaining vibrant, the lamb becomes melt-in-the-mouth tender, and the aroma of garlic onion and tomato fills the space. Each spoonful brings together the snap of the beans the richness of the lamb and the comforting depth of the sauce.

In our family-run kitchen we draw on more than 25 years of cooking heritage to honour dishes like this.
