We take pride in serving warm, fresh food. For deliveries and set-ups we use professional insulated carriers and chafing dishes, and for events we also offer food warming plates to maintain the perfect temperature throughout your service.

Yes — our live shawarma, falafel and BBQ grilling stations are a highlight. These use gas-powered grills for authentic on-the-spot cooking. If your venue doesn't allow indoor gas, we can prepare shawarma and falafel in advance and bring them sliced, seasoned and beautifully presented — still warm and ready to serve.
