Our Live Whole Roasted Lamb Experience brings a true centrepiece to your celebration. Each lamb is carefully marinated with a traditional Lebanese blend of spices, slow-roasted to tender perfection, and carved live by our experienced chef. This signature experience is ideal for weddings, corporate gatherings, and grand family celebrations, where quality and presentation matter most. Every serving is juicy, flavourful, and beautifully plated with authentic accompaniments such as hummus, baba ghanoush, fattoush salad, and warm Arabic bread.
