Hummus Shawarma starts with our freshly cooked chickpeas, blended into a silky tahini-rich purée seasoned with lemon and garlic. Then we prepare your choice of halal chicken or lamb shawarma by marinating the meat in garlic, lemon juice, warm Lebanese spices, and olive oil before cooking it slowly on our charcoal grill until the edges are crisp and the inside remains tender. The hummus is spread into a wide shallow dish, the warm shawarma is layered on top, and we finish it with golden toasted pine nuts, fresh parsley and another light drizzle of olive oil so the plate glows with flavour and generosity. The texture is a journey from smooth hummus, through heat and richness of meat, to the crunch of nuts and the fresh lift of parsley. We cook every batch in our London kitchen, using fresh ingredients, halal-certified meat and methods rooted in Lebanese home cooking that we have refined over 25 years. In our kitchen the stone oven and charcoal grill define the soul of the dish, the slow heat and open flame bringing out depth and character you taste in every bite. Hummus Shawarma gives that comforting sense of a family meal; hands working the ingredients, flavours building patiently, memories carried in every spoonful. It is both relaxed and artisanal, generous and precise, and full of the warmth that Lebanese hospitality prizes.

Chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, halal chicken or lamb shawarma strips, pine nuts, parsley, salt, pepper.
Serving size:
One tray serves approximately eight to ten guests. Price per kilo.
