From the shores of the Lebanese Mediterranean and the legendary Raouche Rocks, our culture and cuisine begin their story — shaped by the Ottoman, French and Turkish influences that made Lebanese food one of the most loved cuisines in the world.
Awafi Foods was founded to uphold that heritage in London, producing traditional, healthy Levantine dishes using only the finest-quality ingredients from Lebanon and the surrounding region.
